Primary booking guest must be 25+ and present for the duration of the stay. This home is for registered guests only. We do not allow parties, events, gatherings, or celebrations of any kind.

Spacious 4BR, 2BA Family-Friendly Home with Pool, Hot Tub, Cold Plunge & Game Room Welcome to your perfect getaway! This beautifully appointed 4-bedroom, 2-bath home offers plenty of space for families, couples, or multi-generational stays, with thoughtful touches throughout to create a truly tranquil experience. Downstairs: Master Bedroom: King-sized Tempur-Pedic mattress sleeps 2, 50" Smart TV, luggage bench, and easy access to the main living area. An iron and ironing board is located in this bedroom closet. Guest Bunk Room: Twin-over-full bunk sleeps 3 children or 2 adults comfortably, with toys tucked into the bunk steps and a closet stocked with baby/toddler essentials including a highchair, pack ‘n play, baby gate, bath slip mats, and more upon request. Full Bathroom: Bathtub, fully stocked with Native products (shampoo, conditioner, soap), disposable razors, shaving cream, cotton pads, Q-tips, makeup wipes, ear plugs, hair dryer, and towels. Main Living Area: Open-concept living and dining space featuring a sectional couch, 2 lounge chairs, 60" Smart TV, reading nook, and a dining table for 6. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need: coffee and espresso bar, rice cooker, baking supplies, and all kitchen essentials. Child and toddler-friendly plates, bowls, silverware, and plasticware for poolside dining. Upstairs: Master King Bedroom: Beautyrest Black mattress sleeps 2, 50" Smart TV, 2 lounge chairs, and work desk. Guest Queen Bedroom: Beautyrest Black mattress sleeps 2, 43" Smart TV, 2 lounge chairs, and luggage ottoman. Jack & Jill Bathroom: Connected to the upstairs master and hallway, shower-only, fully stocked like the main floor with towels, toiletries, disposable razors, hair dryer and ear plugs. Note: Each room features a clock, sound machine, throw blanket, black out curtains, mirror, a closet with hangers, 2 pillow options (memory foam and standard) and additional towels located in the closet if needed. Garage/Game Room: Converted space with ping pong table, foosball, board/card games, and comfortable seating. Washer and dryer conveniently located in the garage. Outdoor Living: Oversized patio with 4 sun loungers, 8-top dining set, porch swing, propane grill, and professional-level volleyball grass court. Sparkling new pool and hot tub/spa, which can also serve as a cold plunge. Multiple fruit trees and 3 raised garden beds. Guests are welcome to enjoy the fresh produce. Pool & Spa Heating Policy (Please Read Before Booking): Pool heating is available November through March. During warmer months, the pool maintains comfortable natural temperatures and heating is not typically necessary. Our pool and spa operate on a scheduled heating system to ensure optimal performance and equipment longevity. Pool heat is set to a maximum of 85°F Spa heat is set to 98°F Spa may also be set to 50°F for cold plunge use 24 hours’ notice is required for any temperature adjustments. Only one service (pool OR spa/cold plunge) may run per day. Because the system runs one service at a time, heating the pool or spa may cause the other to temporarily fluctuate or feel cooler. Pool heating, spa heating, and cold plunge use are included in your stay at no additional charge; we simply require advance scheduling as outlined above. For the smoothest experience, we recommend providing your preferred daily heating or cooling schedule prior to arrival or at check-in so temperatures can be pre-programmed in advance.
